Welcome to Iyengar Yoga in Nelson, New Zealand
We provide yoga classes for students of all levels, from new beginners to experienced practitioners. When practised regularly, yoga can relieve various musculo-skeletal complaints, reduce the effects of stress, and help you cultivate clarity and equanimity. Yoga can, quite simply, change your life.
At Nelson Iyengar Yoga, we follow the teachings of Yogacharya B.K.S. Iyengar, and our classes are conducted solely according to his methods.
